Introduction. In a difficult demographic situation, it is necessary to pay attention not only to the health status and conditions for a comfortable life of women and men of reproductive age, but also to the reproductive national potential of adolescents. When providing medical, psychological, social, and legal assistance to adolescents, it is important to consider their needs, desired approaches, and requests. To provide comprehensive assistance to minors, centers for the protection of reproductive adolescents have been established, which organize their work based on the "four D" principle. Research objective. To conduct an analytical review of the features of the organization of medical and social assistance to adolescents in compliance with the requirements of the ideology of the centers for the protection of adolescent reproductive health. Material and methods. The scientific literature and regulatory legal framework in the field of reproductive health protection of adolescents in the search databases e-Library, PubMed were analyzed. Publications on the problems of the organization of medical and social care for adolescents were analyzed. A total of 100 sources of literature were analyzed, including regulatory provisions, reviews, from which 36 sources were selected. Methods: comparative analysis, systematic, analytical, generalization. Results. In order to provide high-quality medical care and ensure its accessibility, it is necessary to take into account not only the regulatory legal acts governing medical care, but also the opinions and characteristics of adolescents themselves. Since the establishment of the first reproductive health center for adolescents in Russia, the City Advisory and Diagnostic Center "Yuventa" (now the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution for Health Care of the Population "Yuventa"), the priorities and policies for working with minors have remained unchanged: accessibility, friendliness, trust, and voluntary participation are the main principles. Discussion of the results obtained. The results obtained during the study revealed a number of problems in the organization of medical and social assistance to adolescents at the regional level. In order to implement the principles of accessibility, benevolence, trust, and voluntariness, it is necessary to develop and approve algorithms for communication with adolescents and their legal representatives at the federal level, open new centers for reproductive health in the regions, and develop modern forms of informing the public about reproductive health using digital information technologies. Conclusion. Over the more than 30 years of the existence of the service of reproductive health of adolescents, the ideology of medical and social care for children does not change, however, over time, with the development of society and technologies, priorities shift, new tasks are set and new solutions are required.
