Introduction. Pancreatic cancers are characterized by an aggressive course and poor prognosis. Timely diagnosis remains a critical issue in Russian healthcare. Due to their long asymptomatic course and rapid progression after the onset of clinical symptoms, most patients are diagnosed at advanced stages. Current approaches to organizing medical care are characterized by multiple stages and a lack of clear regulation of interactions between different levels of healthcare. Digital routers are software and algorithmic systems integrated into medical information systems that have the potential to accelerate patient progression through the diagnostic pathway. Purpose. A comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of implementing digital patient routing systems for suspected pancreatic malignancies in terms of accessibility and quality of care. Materials and Methods. The study included 90 patients with suspected pancreatic malignancies, of whom 34 had their diagnosis morphologically verified. The control group (45 patients) underwent diagnostics using the traditional protocol, while the study group (45 patients) used a digital routing system. The time intervals of the diagnostic process, number of visits, disease stage at verification, geographic accessibility of care, and the frequency of late appointments were assessed. Results. The median time to morphological verification of diagnosis decreased from 52 to 28 days (p
