Objective of the study. To conduct a comparative analysis of the dynamics of the primary and overall incidence of skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases in the Russian Federation and the Saratov Region over the period 2015–2024. Materials and methods. A retrospective epidemiological study was conducted based on official statistics published on the website of the Federal State Statistics Service. The growth rates, compound annual growth rates (CAGR), risk ratios (RR), and the chronic pathology accumulation coefficient were calculated. Results. The primary incidence rate in the Saratov Region (50,44 ‰±5,33) significantly exceeds the national average (38,99 ‰±3,26) (RR=1,29; 95 % CI 1,23–1,36). Contact dermatitis in the region has increased by 23.5 % over 10 years (CAGR +2.38 %), while a decrease was observed in the Russian Federation. The COVID‑19 pandemic led to under‑detection of 15 % of new cases in the Russian Federation and 7.4 % in the Saratov Region. Conclusion. The Saratov Region is an area of elevated risk for dermatological morbidity. The rise in contact dermatitis requires particular attention. Full recovery of post‑pandemic indicators has not been achieved by 2024.
