Introduction. The article presents a pharmacoeconomic assessment of the availability of topical medicines of the glucocorticosteroid group for the pharmacotherapy of patients with atopic dermatitis (AtD) in the Sverdlovsk region. In the context of the study of drug availability, a comprehensive assessment of the compliance of pharmacoeconomic criteria for the availability of topical glucocorticosteroids (GCS) in patients with atopic dermatitis with their level of evidence (the level of persuasiveness of recommendations and the level of reliability of evidence according to clinical recommendations) when used for the nosology under study is relevant. Aim. To carry out a pharmacoeconomic assessment of the availability of drugs from the topical GCS group for the drug supply of patients with atopic dermatitis in the Sverdlovsk region. Materials and methods. The initial data for the pharmacoeconomic analysis were obtained from information sources of the State Register of Medicines, the database of the DSM Group marketing agency on the movement of medicinal products for 2025 in the Sverdlovsk region («Superuser» version, nomenclature of more than 50,000 items). Pharmacoeconomic accessibility was assessed using affordability coefficients, which determine the economic burden on the patient's budget: the lower the coefficient value, the more economically affordable the drug. Assortment, marketing, and mathematical analyses were used as research methods. The results and their discussion. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the group of topical GCS, which has the level of persuasiveness of recommendations / the level of reliability of evidence (A/2), had the lowest rates of affordability coefficients, thereby exerting a low economic burden on the budget of patients. Meanwhile, the topical glucocorticosteroid group, which has a level of persuasiveness of recommendations / level of reliability of evidence (B/2), had high affordability coefficients compared to groups A/2 and the comparison group C/4;5, thereby exerting a high economic burden on the budget of patients with atopic dermatitis. Conclusion. Thus, the analysis showed that in the group of topical GCS (B/2), there was a discrepancy between the pharmacoeconomic accessibility criteria and the level of their evidence in the nosology under study. Further optimization of drug provision for patients with atopic dermatitis with topical GCS with a B/2 evidence level is required by expanding the industrial product portfolios of large pharmaceutical enterprises located in the Sverdlovsk region, as well as consideration of additional regional preferential programs.
