Summary:
Introduction. The effectiveness of specialist doctors' adaptation to management activities after completing professional retraining programs (hereinafter referred to as the PP program) directly depends on the practice orientation of the educational environment and the compliance of its content with the requirements of the current Professional Standard.
The purpose of the study is to improve organizational and methodological approaches to the practical training of healthcare management personnel in the design of the educational environment. Materials and methods of research. The methodological basis of this study was a systematic approach. Modern business design methods were used to optimize the educational environment. A total of 183 students enrolled in the PP program at the Department took part in the organizational experiment in the period 2019-2021 (52.4% of the total number of students in the specified period), of which 87 people (47.54%) studied in 2019; 60 people (32.8%) – in 2020; 36 people (19.6%) – in 2021.
Results. Based on a systematic approach, a set of organizational technologies has been developed and tested, including a personalized project-based training format, methodological support (the Workshop "Effective Management of medical organization resources"), a 7-point scale of expert assessment and the integration of the educational process into the real working environment of students.
