Summary:
Introduction. In the modern healthcare system, with a high workload for medical workers and increasing demands on the quality of medical care provided, it becomes critically important to pay special attention to creating a relative comfortable working environment that takes into account the needs of employees. In this context, a human-centered approach can ensure high efficiency only if there is constructive and equal interaction between the employer and the employee. As a result, the formation of a «Human-centric profile» of medical organizations, which is a configuration of indicators reflecting how much the medical care system, its processes, culture and environment are focused on the needs, values and comfort of employees, seems relevant.
Purpose of the investigation. To form and compare «Human-centric profile» of public and private medical organizations through employees' assessment of conditions, barriers, and employee motivation for its implementation.
Materials and methods. The observation was carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation in 2025 and was selective. Two monitoring groups were included in the development: employees of medical organizations of the public and private healthcare systems (a total of 1010 people). The following methods were used: quantitative method, statistical methods, theoretical research methods.
Results and discussion.
