Summary:
Relevance. Medical examination of certain groups of the adult population, as the main preventive technology, allows assessing the health status of the population, including determining the health group. The aim of the study: is to analyze the distribution of the urban population by health groups based on the results of preventive medical examination and medical examination of certain groups of the adult population in 2021-2024. Materials and methods: Data from the industry statistical reporting form No. 131/o "Information on conducting preventive medical examinations and medical examinations of certain groups of the adult population" of 26 urban medical institutions in Novosibirsk for 2021-2024, regulatory legal documentation regulating the procedures for conducting, as well as the procedures for collecting and recording data obtained during a preventive medical examination were used. and medical examinations of certain groups of the adult population. The method of descriptive statistics is used in the analysis of indicators. The distribution was carried out by years of follow-up, by health groups according to forms No. 131/O. The proportions of the population assigned to health groups I, II and III (A and B) were defined as the ratio of the number of the corresponding health group to the number of the surveyed population. Results and discussion. During the study period, 2,035.5 thousand people underwent preventive measures in Novosibirsk, which is 84.8% of the total plan of preventive medical examination and medical examination. In 2021-2024, the proportion of people with established health group I decreased (by 1.6 times) due to an increase in the proportion of people with health groups II and III. At the same time, when distributing the working-age population by health groups, a decrease in the proportion of people with an established I health group was noted, due to an increase in the II health group. In the group older than working age, there are small proportions of health groups I and II, with high specific proportions of the IIIA health group, and the IIIB health group remaining almost at the same level. Conclusion: Analyzing the results obtained for 2021-2024, it should be noted an annual increase in the proportion of implementation of the preventive medical examination plan (from 71.9% to 101.6%) and medical examinations of certain groups of the adult population (from 68.1% to 96.8%). At the same time, taking into account the distribution of the urban population by health groups, it is necessary to pay attention to the negative dynamics of people with established health group I and the positive dynamics of people with established health group II, including at the level of medical organizations. The established health group as a result of preventive measures and its dynamics are important indicators not only in assessing the current situation, but also allows us to assess the effectiveness of the medical prevention system.
