The relevance of the problem. Ensuring optimal accessibility for emergency medical care is a priority in healthcare. Objective. Analyze the state of primary healthcare in outpatient settings for emergency care in the Russian Federation from 2019 to 2024. Materials and Methods. Data from the annual federal statistical reporting form No. 30 "Information on a medical organization" for 2019-2024 were used. Statistical and analytical methods were applied. Results. From 2019 to 2024, the number of emergency medical care departments (units, offices) providing outpatient care in the Russian Federation increased by 33.7%. During this period, the number of physician visits to emergency departments, offices, and units increased by 6.0%, and the number of visits by mid-level medical personnel doubled. Conclusions. To improve the efficiency of primary health care services, it is necessary to increase the availability of medical facilities that provide emergency medical care, primarily by increasing the number of visits by medical staff from departments, offices, and emergency medical care centers.
