QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

Summary:
Introduction. The formation of a quality management system in a medical organization should be carried out taking into account the principles of the quality management system and be aimed at achieving performance indicators in healthcare. Today, the introduction and analysis of various approaches to ensuring the quality of medical care in primary health care is of particular importance, as it allows us to make managerial decisions that lead to an increase in the effectiveness of the organization of primary health care.
Aim. To conduct a self-assessment of the registry's work based on the practical recommendations of Roszdravnadzor and develop measures to manage the quality of processes in a medical organization.
Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the territory of the Chelyabinsk region on the basis of the polyclinic of the district hospital, which provides medical care to the rural population. Analytical and mathematical-statistical methods were used. The research materials were data from a checklist used in conducting a self-assessment of the registry's work. The mathematical and statistical method included the calculation of extensive indicators.
Results. A self-assessment of the work of the registry of the polyclinic was carried out for compliance of the processes implemented in the registry with the requirements specified in the Practical Recommendations of Roszdravnadzor in the direction of "Registry organization". Based on the results of the self-assessment, an action plan has been developed aimed at eliminating the identified inconsistencies. An interim control of the implementation of planned activities was carried out.
Discussion. The implementation of practical recommendations of Roszdravnadzor in a medical organization makes it possible to identify problems in the organization of the registry that affect the patient's interaction with the medical organization, the further application of which will form a quality management system for the polyclinic.
Conclusion. A process quality management system should be implemented in a medical organization, which will affect the satisfaction of not only patients with the healthcare system, but also employees of the medical organization.
