Introduction. Chronic non-communicable diseases and risk factors for their development are recognized as the causes that have the greatest impact on mortality. The intensification of preventive work to identify and eliminate risk factors and timely treatment of NCDs as part of preventive measures is an effective tool in maintaining public health. Improving preventive measures is relevant and requires the use of new management approaches. Aim. Based on the results of departmental and internal quality and safety control of medical activities, analyze the organization and conduct of preventive work, evaluate the possibility of using the data obtained to develop management decisions and measures that improve the quality and effectiveness of preventive measures. Materials and methods. The analysis of materials of departmental and internal quality control and safety of medical activity of medical organizations of the city of Chelyabinsk is carried out. The analysis of the implementation of the medical examination plan was carried out on the basis of data from the Visiology analytical system using the quantitative method of data analysis and analysis of statistical form No. 131/o, accounting form No.131/y. Results. Based on the analysis of data from departmental and internal quality and safety control of medical activities, more significant problems have been identified. Management solutions and measures have been developed to improve the processes under study. Conclusion. Departmental and internal quality and safety control of medical activities are an effective tool for identifying problems of medical examinations and preventive medical examinations, and provide grounds for making managerial decisions to improve preventive work.
