The study was conducted using a questionnaire-based survey employing the WHO QOL-100 instrument, which comprises six domains: physical health, psychological well-being, level of independence, social relationships, environmental factors, spiritual domain, as well as an overall quality-of-life assessment. The study revealed a significant decrease in QoL among veterans compared to the general population. Overall QoL was moderately reduced (by 28–34%) in the domains of “psychological well-being,” “level of independence,” “social relationships,” “environment,” “spiritual domain,” and “overall quality of life.” A particularly notable finding is the decrease in the “physical” domain (62.9% of respondents). Conclusion. The study found an overall decline in the quality of life of veterans across all assessed domains. The greatest impact on QoL reduction was observed in the domains of “physical health,” “level of independence,” and “environment.” The results of the quantitative quality of life assessment allow us to plan the necessary volumes of medical care and adjust the composition of personalized multidisciplinary teams based on individual needs.
