Summary:
Introduction. The general trends affecting the modern development of healthcare around the world are the search for ways to improve the efficiency of medical organizations, digital transformation and increased patient expectations. In addition to global trends, Russia has its own specific key drivers of transformation, among which National projects and Government programs, as well as the creation of a single digital circuit for effective resource and data management, occupy a special place. A complete structural overview of a website provides for a systematic assessment of its organization, which directly affects user convenience and problem-solving efficiency. This is especially important for medical organizations, as users often search for specific information under stress. This is what determines the relevance of a comprehensive structural analysis of medical organizations' websites from the perspective of assessing their content, architecture, navigation, and compliance of the structure with the goals of patients and medical organizations. Purpose of the investigation. To carry out a complete structural overview of the official websites of state medical organizations to identify common patterns, typical shortcomings and best practices in their organization. Materials and methods. The observation was conducted on the territory of the Russian Federation and was sampling. The required sample size was determined with a margin of error of 5%. The object of observation is the websites of state medical organizations. The development includes 294 official websites of state medical organizations. The structural analysis of the websites of state medical organizations was carried out according to the author's checklist. Empirical and theoretical methods, descriptive statistics methods have been applied, and a graphical method has been used to visualize data. Results and discussion. 97,3% of medical organizations have websites, posting on them the mandatory information required by regulatory documents. 68,0% of medical organizations have a well-developed website design, good information architecture (71,1%), and good quality web content (79,6% of sites). 75,2% of medical organizations provide information on their websites about patients' rights, legislative and regulatory documents regulating the activities of a medical organization. 82,7% of the sites provide the function of creating personal patient accounts with a history of referrals; 89,8% of the sites have feedback, 88,4% of the sites have the opportunity for the patient to get advice online. Direct online appointment, registration through the Portal of Government Services or integrated systems, or by linking to a single website for an appointment, is possible for patients of 74,0% of medical organizations. The assessment of the comprehensive criterion «User Experience (UX)» showed that 68,7% of sites provide the patient with the opportunity to quickly find the necessary information or perform a targeted action. An assessment of criteria characterizing increased convenience, accessibility and user engagement indicates a high level of the «Mobile applications» criterion (90,1% of medical organizations' websites) and a rather low activity in using additional channels for communicating with patients (links to social media communities are registered on the websites of 59,5% of medical organizations). The criterion of interactivity and social proof is represented by a small proportion of online tours on websites (45,9%), the «news feed» is available on 65,7% of websites of medical organizations. Conclusion. The key trend indicated by the analysis of the websites of state medical organizations is the transition from the simple «availability of a website» to its «quality and utility». The digital resource is considered by most medical organizations as a patient's health management tool and an important communication channel between the medical organization and the public.
