Effective work organization and optimization of work processes are important tools for increasing the productivity of medical personnel. The purpose of the review: is to systematize the tools for increasing employee productivity and the difficulties encountered at the stage of their implementation. Materials and methods. An analysis of published literary sources in specialized scientific search engines Google Scholar, SpringerLink, PubMed, MedLine with a search depth of 15 years is presented for keywords: "productivity of employees of medical organizations", "tools for increasing employee productivity". 212 sources were selected and studied, and 40 sources were included in the systematic analysis. Research methods: analytical, monographic. Results. The following five tools can be identified to increase the productivity of medical personnel: standardization and algorithmization of procedures and processes using lean manufacturing techniques, the use of modern information technologies (electronic medical records, decision support systems, automated time and resource management systems), improvement of staff motivation and engagement systems, development of professional competencies of employees through continuous training and stress management and prevention of professional burnout of medical workers. Conclusion. The use of lean technologies makes it possible to reduce the loss of time and resources, and minimize inefficient processes. Modern information technologies contribute to optimizing communications between employees, simplifying document management and improving the quality of medical care through faster access to information. The high level of employee engagement is directly related to the improvement of labor productivity indicators. Increasing job satisfaction among medical professionals helps to reduce staff turnover and improve the organizational climate. Regular professional development of employees helps to increase the confidence of medical workers in their abilities, which has a positive effect on their productivity. Prevention of occupational burnout is the most important factor in maintaining the working capacity and effectiveness of medical workers. Effective preventive measures are employee support programs, creating a favorable psychological climate and developing leadership skills of managers.
