Relevance. Realization of the principle of accessibility of medical care for the population of any territories requires special forms of work, especially in rural areas, hard-to-reach and remote areas. The introduction of mobile options for the provision of medical services to ensure accessibility of primary health care is confirmed by international experience. Mobile units provide medical care directly on site, which is important for territories with a lack of medical infrastructure. Mobile medical units, medical complexes, feldsher and obstetric stations/elders' stations are effective for early diagnosis, provision of primary health care and specialized care, for conducting professional examinations and dispensary examinations. Equipping medical organizations with mobile units of various forms is one of the most important areas of the national project “Health Care”. Оbjective. Тo study the dynamics of equipment with some mobile units of medical organizations in the Russian Federation as a whole and federal districts for 2019-2023. Materials and methods. The analysis of federal statistical observation forms No.30 “Information about the medical organization” and No.47 “Information about the network and activities of medical organizations” for the period 2019-2023 was carried out. Statistical and analytical methods were used, intensive and extensive indicators were calculated. Results and discussion. This article studied the equipment of medical organizations with mobile dental offices, mobile fluorography units, mobile mammography units, mobile paramedic stations/feldsher stations, mobile medical complexes. There is a positive trend of equipping medical organizations with mobile medical units in 2019-2023. Particularly intensive equipping with mobile medical units is noted in the Far Eastern Federal District. Conclusions. In the Russian Federation and in all federal districts of the country, there has been an increase in the indicator of equipment with mobile units for 2019-2023, which indicates an improvement in healthcare infrastructure and increased availability of medical care, especially in remote and hard-to-reach areas.
