Summary:
Introduction. Deepening diagnostic issues with the use of new approaches is certainly important in oncology, including such — widespread pathology as kidney cancer (RP).
The purpose of the study: the purpose of this study was to study patients with RP in various age groups using new pathomorphological diagnostic tests (scanning electron microscopy).
Materials and methods. 35 patients with RP were studied in individuals with stage I–IV disease. The groups were formed depending on the age (middle and elderly) of the patients and the stage. For electron scanning microscopy (SEM), objects were analyzed and photographed in microscopes: "FE1 Quanta 200 3D" and "FE1 Quanta 600 FEG".
Results. Large clones of tumor cells (from10 to 100) were found in stage III and IV cancers, and small ones in stage I and II cancers. Polymorphism of cancer structures is expressed. Loose connections between cells lead to the formation of a tumor embolus on the endothelium. There is a relationship between cell size and bond density. With increasing age, fewer cell clones and emboli were detected.
Discussion. The study of RP using a three-dimensional image makes it possible to determine both the spatial organization of cells and the connections between cells, showing a simple path to hematogenous and lymphogenous metastasis as a result of their rupture. Germination in parenchyma is the parenchyma of the organ of clones, which is more typical for their significant, more than 10 units of components and the active development of pseudopods. Cell polymorphism evolved as the stage of the disease increased. All these components decreased with age, which was expressed clinically in a less malignant course of the disease.
Conclusion. Scanning microscopy, as a result of its reliability and simple preparation of drugs, can be used for research and diagnosis in oncological pathology, including cancer.
