Summary:
Introduction (relevance): heart rate variability (CAD) in common diseases reflects the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system. A decrease in ISR is associated with a predominance of sympathetic influence and an increased risk of cardiovascular complications. ISR is affected by inflammatory processes, hormonal disruptions, metabolic disorders, and drug treatment. A decrease in ISR is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events and a deterioration in the functional state of patients. The assessment of ISR is important for determining the degree of risk and monitoring the effectiveness of treatment for common diseases of the body. Purpose of the study: evaluation of the examination data of 70-year-old patients, taking into account the domain approach with a decrease in SVVR and the presence of correlating nosologies. Materials and methods: the parameters of the somatic (anthropometry, blood pressure, heart rate, complete blood count, biochemistry, echocardiography, "Cardiovisor", SVVR, drug therapy), locomotor (FRAIL, Katz scales, hand strength, SARC-F, BIA), sensory (ophthalmological examination), cognitive (MMSE), psychological (Beck and SHAS scales) and nutritional (MNA) domains were studied. The following methods were used: "Cardiovisor", EchoCG (Toshiba Aplio 500), Holter-DMS (HRV), determination of NLR and PLR, HbA1c (HPLC), CRP (spectrophotometry), omega-3 index (gas chromatography), FRAIL, Katz, MNA scales, dynamometry (Jamar), BIA (ACCUNIQ), ophthalmological examination (Topcon TRC NW6s, RTVue XP), MMSE, Beck scales and SHAS. Statistical analysis was performed in StatTech 4.8.0. Results and discussion. Somatic parameters (anthropometric data, blood pressure, heart rate, general blood count, biochemical blood test, echocardiography, Cardiovisor, heart rate variability, drug therapy), motor activity (FRAIL, Katz scales, hand muscle strength, SARC-F questionnaire, bioimpedance analysis), sensory function (ophthalmological examination), cognitive abilities (MMSE), psychological state (Beck and SHAS scales) and nutritional status (MNA). The following methods were used: Cardiovisor, echocardiography (Toshiba Aplio 500 device), Holter monitoring (HRV analysis), determination of the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes (NLR) and platelets to lymphocytes (PLR), glycated hemoglobin HbA1c (HPLC), C-reactive protein (spectrophotometry), omega-3 index (gas chromatography), FRAIL, Katz, MNA scales, dynamometry (using a Jamar dynamometer), bioimpedance measurement (ACCUNIQ device), ophthalmological examination Conclusion. The analysis of the presented information demonstrates that the functional reserve of the body plays a key role in determining individual resistance to age-related changes in the context of the domain risk assessment model. Accordingly, this indicator can be used in strategies for primary and secondary prevention of aging.
