Summary:
Введение. The topic of age has always occupied a significant place in various sectors of the economy. Recently, issues related to the aging of staff have become particularly relevant, including for healthcare, since in medical organizations, on the one hand, there is a shortage of qualified managerial specialists, on the other hand, the age composition of managers has remained virtually unchanged for several years. Цель исследования. Analysis of the peculiarities of the distribution of heads of regional medical organizations by age groups to assess the trend, the process of transformation of the age structure and forecasting the situation. Материалы и методы. The research was conducted on the territory of the subject of the Federation from 2018 to 2023. The stop-watch reading provided for a detailed analysis of all age groups of medical directors and deputy medical directors of medical organizations of the state health system subordinate to the regional Ministry of Health. The theoretical research method, empirical scientific methods (measuring technique, method of observation and comparison method), methods of descriptive statistics are applied. The exponential smoothing method is used to build predictive mathematical models. Результаты и обсуждение. Differences in the dynamics of the age composition of managers at various levels, which differed in the intensity of changes in certain age groups, were established. In the group of medical directors aged 36 to 40 years, there is a significant decrease in indicators (by 40,93%), in deputy medical directors there is a significant increase in the proportion of this age group (by 78,84%). Medical directors are characterized by an increase in the contribution of the proportion of the 51-55 age group (growth index 1,11), while deputy heads of medical organizations showed a sharp decrease in their contribution to the structure (growth index 0,46). Changes in the age group of managers who have reached the age of 60 and older are accompanied by high growth indices in both comparison groups (1,15 for medical directors and 1,79 for their deputies). The transformation of the structure did not lead to significant changes in the age composition of managers at both levels: the average age of medical directors and their deputies practically did not change during the analysis interval (52,8 and 52,5 years – for medical directors; 49,9-49,3 years – for deputy heads of medical organizations, respectively, in 2018 and 2023). The proportion of female managers aged 61 years and older (23,0%) is 2,1 times (p
