According to a survey of men - medical workers from several medical organizations in Moscow, an analysis was conducted of the awareness of respondents about what is a healthy lifestyle, opinions about the need for measures related to a healthy lifestyle among medical workers. The number of men with bad habits was determined. The factors that can contribute to or hinder the preservation of the health of medical people are established. Most of the examined medical workers have a correct understanding of a healthy lifestyle, but, referring to the lack of time and other reasons, they do not fully comply with it. At the same time, many justify their bad habits, such as drinking alcohol, combating adverse factors (stress) that can lead to the development of non-communicable diseases. A large number of survey participants indicates stress, as one of the most important factors that can affect health. The obtained data allow to conclude about the need to strengthen the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among doctors; At the same time, develop measures to reduce the impact of work stress on health workers.
